crustless quiche

Hi - am now in West Australia, my recipe books are on the way to Tasmania - where I'm not...don't ask!.....
....and I need my zucchini quiche recipe, I re call you mix everything together, including flour, wholemeal I think, and it forms it'd own crust. Please can anyone help?

VEGETABLE QUICHE

1 CUP SELF-RAISING FLOUR
1/2 CUP COOKING OIL
4 EGGS
SALT AND PEPPER
CUP OF MILK
CUP OF CHEESE

BEAT MILK AND EGGS AND OIL TOGETHER, ADD FLOUR, THEN BEAT, ADD VEGETABLES ETC AND CHEESE, MIX WITH WOODEN SPOON.
BAKE AT 180 FOR 1/2 HOUR.

SUGGESTED VEGETABLES:
ONION, BROCCOLI, TOMATO, ZUCCINI, GRATED CARROT, CREAMED CORN. i SOMETIMES ADD TUNA OR SALMON AS WELL.

Check out the recipes on this site. I have made Helens self crusting quiche forthe family sunday lunch with a salad and it went down a treat.
There are 2-3 recipes here.

I have found this in my box of recipes

Courgette Slice

350gm courgette 3 rashers of bacon
1 cup s.r. flour 5 eggs
1 onion 1 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup oil salt & pepper

Grate unpeeled courgette finely Chop onions, chop bacon finely add cheese flour & oil,and lightly beaten eggs . S&P
Pour into greased tin.
Cook at 180 for 40 min.

I make this recipe regularly

IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE

3 EGGS

1 CUP GRATED CHEESE

1 1/2 CUPS OF MILK

1 FINELY CHOPPED ONION

VEGETABLES, GRATED CARROT, GRATED ZUCHUNNI,BROCOLI, CAULIFLOWER, PEPPERS,

SALT AND PEPPER

1/2 CUP SELF RAISING FLOUR

1 TABLESPOON OF OIL

CHOPPED BACON OR HAM

SLICES OF TOMATO FOR TOP OF QUICHE

PUT ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A TUPPERWARE BOWL WITH A LID AND SHAKE FOR 1 MINUTE.

POUR INTO A GREASED FLAN DISH (23CM OR 9"winking smiley AND BAKE AT 350 F (180 C) FOR 50-60 MINUTES.

LET STAND FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
