I make a gucamole, which I add ground cumin and coriander about 1/4 tsp of each, salt and pepper, a small amount of crushed garlic, a dash of chilli sauce, about 2 tbsp sour cream, very finely chopped red onion and red pepper, squirt of lemon juice, and finely chopped coriander if available. Of course avocado is added as well. All this sound vague, but I judge by taste. You can also add cream cheese instead of the sour cream or a little of both.

I make mine with a little sour cream, good squeeze of lemon juice, 1/4 tspn chicken stock powder, afew drops tabasco sauce, some de-seeded and finely diced tomatoes and seasoned with salt and pepper.
The chicken stock gives it a lovely flavour and the diced tomato gives it good colour and breaks up the richness.
