We are starting out on creating a Food Safety Programme following the templates and information at the Food Safety Website:

We were just wondering if anyone else has any experience about this that they might be able to share? Will post my experience on this on the forum as well for anyone else once Im done with it.

Hi Denize,
I saw your post from Jan regarding hiring a commercial kitchen, out West I think? How did you get on? I also need to hire a facility.

Also I want to do the Food Hygiene & Safety course, can you give me some pointers about where I can do this?
