I am looking for the use of a commercial kitchen, for around 4 hrs per week, on evenings and/or weekends.
I will be preparing and baking pies to sell at market and won't require any storage space, but i will need basic equipment such as mixer, oven etc.
I would prefer to pay an hourly rate if that is ok.
The kitchen will need to have a "food premise registration license" that I can get a copy of for the council's market stall holder license.
It also needs to be in Auckland, preferably the south east.
