Hi Everyone,
I can attach a picture but I've been holding onto a 2nd edition of Edmonds Cookbook for quite a number of years that my great aunt had stashed away dated 1910. Plus she has a very other very similar looking but differently branded old cookbooks (any particular collectible ones?) and I was wondering whether I should try to sell these or lend them to a museum. Some of the recipes in it are so odd in today's world but makes for a very interesting read!!
I don't really know the value of them except that I saw a 2nd edition of Edmonds Cookbook on Trade Me about 10 years ago. I can see that there was initially a run of 150,000 copies printed but no idea how many of these are still "floating around".
Anyway, thought I'd just put it out there and see who knows more about this stuff than me.
I'd love to hear from anyone that can help me.
Thanks.
