I have a new F & P Titan Iridium gas hob and now that it has been used a few times it has a few burned on spots around the edge.
I have tried a stainless steel cleaner and another spray on product but nothing has worked. I can't use anything scouring as the surface will scratch.
Any suggestions from anyone appreciated.

I have heard of vinegar being used to get the burnt bits off a saucepan, so how about soaking a cloth or paper towel in vinegar and laying it over the affected area to soak for a while.
