Sadly even a $200,000 mortgage needs an income to service it. Like wise in the Wairarapa, you can get really nice places for around $300,000 but not terribly many jobs to service them (although a nice retirement option for many I suspect).

your right , the owners of the motel where we stayed said they have a really nice 3 bedroom home
all they can get is $149.000 , I was taken aback Griz.
