I notice that my fan bake option doesn't seem to be working - after 20 mins the temperature was just up to 75deg!
I will get it fixed but in the meantime I need to bake some bread. I use Nadia Lim's recipe that rises the bread in the tin on fan bake at 50deg, turning up the oven to 200deg for 35 mins to cook.
Can I use fan forced with the same results? Or should I use bake?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hi Ali, I would use bake for this I think.
Good luck.
My oven has just died, decided to grill only. As it was going to be $800+ to repair it I bought a new one which was installed today.
I only realised then that my existing oven is 100cm and my new one 90! aargh.
It seems as though 100cm wide is an oddity so now I have a gap which is very annoying but there is little I can do.
