I am the most organised I have ever been - have a wonderful man in my life, I know what my present is, but can't wait to open it, and then looking forward to spending xmas afternoon with my sons and extended family.
I am just so excited. The only other thing I would wish for, is to see Lynette, Ian & Trent on Xmas Day - that would be the icing on the christmas cake, but its not to be, so I am thankful for all of my other blessings (hell, that sounds very pious for me - aaaarrrrgggggghhhhhhh I must be possessed by the Christmas spirit).
Raewyn - you are helluva organised, when I read of all your accomplishments!!

Lisa, am so pleased you have some time off!! Even with your house full, hope you get some time out for yourself - fingers crossed.
In the end just remember what Xmas is about - being with family and friends, and its not what's on the table but who is around it, is the most important thing.
Holy Hell - I am very sanctimonious today - better take some Grinch Pills!!!

I've just scuttled back home from a wet and very busy town, and have given husband a list of last minute things, that he's happy to do on his way home after work. It's not going to be a spectacular event here, just 'thee and me', dogs and cats and very lively happy parrot. Did I mention the 2 donkeys in the paddock out front?
If it's fine, it will be french toast breakfast, done on bbq and gallons of fresh coffee after we finish work, or if wet it will be benny eggs with salmon, and gallons of fresh coffee!!!
I think we may have a waif here too, a staff member whose family is going to be away...
I guess we are as ready as we are ever going to be, funny thing is, on Boxing day, we heave a sigh of relief, all the planning and organising, and it's all over for another year! Sort of!
