As Colleen pointed out, Helen's first post in this thread answers these questions.

'I have decided to do them on a monthly basis'

I would like to know how a

'I assure you I do not share your email address with anyone - the information is sent from foodlovers.'

You can also see what email address the email is from in the usual manner, which would presumably tell you it's from Foodlovers.

Irene and Kerry - I love the smiles you bring to my face.

PS Kerry - I live in the south where no knickers leads to frozen assets....

Too true. It's a curly subject so beware of investing in Brazilian Bonds Nozzie.

Totally agree with Farmaway .... I just opened it, was surprised but then deleted and forgot about it!!

Here's what Farmaway said so well ....

Doesn't bother me. I thought it was a little odd for a millisecond, deleted and then forgot. For all the free advice I have got from this website, it's worth it two seconds of my time.

As I understand it, our email addresses and personal details haven't been passed on to anyone. It's like me sending an email from my email address, but copying and pasting an advert into it.
