I have a magnificent crop of fennel this year and I've had a lot of fun trying out different dishes that contain fennel.
For those of you that are fond of fennel - do you have a favourite recipe that you would care to share?
I was thinking it might be nice to make a soup that contained fennel - but since I'm down to my final three bulbs (HUGE bulbs) I'd prefer to make a tried and true recipe rather than experiment.
