Hi, What is the icing on the feijoa loaf please.

You probably mean the "Moist Feijoa Loaf" in the recipe section. I don't know, but you could make a normal lemon butter icing (some butter, lemon juice, icing sugar, extra water if needed) or perhaps a lemon cream cheese icing like this one: [www.kiwiwise.co.nz]

Good question.
I was wondering that too.
If the Moist Feijoa Loaf receipe should gave a lemon icing or not.(I plan to try it this afternoon.) Or, if lemon might be too 'sharp' a taste.

What if you put a feijoa thru' a sieve to extract some juice & flavour it that way, might be quite nice.

I can see something which looks like zest in the photo and wondered if it was orange zest as I think orange and feijoa go quite well together.
