Floury Potatoes
December 13, 2012 12:04AM
Noticed "new" potatoes have arrived in supermarkets and green grocers. Are 'floury' types still available? If so, which would be okay to use in a potato gratin?
Thank you kindly,
jen

Agria are pretty reliable when you want a floury potato.

I use Agria for EVERYTHING these days! Can't stand any other potato any more - they all taste flavourless in comparison.....freshly dug new potatoes excepted.

What potatoe would you use for Rosti. I tried making them with some potatoes that I just had in the cupboard and the where terrible. Like very hard cardboard.
