Im REALLY keen to get my hands on some of this stuff

Blue Cheese Salt

The possibilities are endless for a stinky cheesy taste with less calories.

I really love blue cheese and cant resist eating the entire wedge usually.

Has anyone tried it?

I see there is bacon salt too, made buy an Aussie guy.

Vanessa I haven't tried it, but I never feel bad about eating blue cheese. It's one of the fermented foods that are so good for the gut.

What a nifty idea. It's inspiring me to chuck some blue cheese in my dehydrator and then grind it up to mix with some salt. Thanks!

OHHHH Id love to know how you got on with dehydrating the cheese. Just thinking about it you could whip up some delicious mixes to sprinkle on meat, potatoes and veges.

Could you do a sharp cheddar or parmesan? - it would be an easy cauliflower cheese baked in the oven or a quick addition to pasta with added bacon.

What a great idea
