My partner has been interested in the use of these on Masterchef. I've taken the stand of 'We don't need...' 'We have no room...' et cetera. But if they truly take the place of several other appliances and do multiple other tasks well perhaps one should consider?
Any thoughts?

we have one, Probably underuse it but It cooks rice quickly. I can make a quick risotto, but sear my ingredients first before pressure cooking. Hubby has used to pre cook pork for pulled pork. Have used for pulse soups as well. Must try the slow cook!

Karen, I'm the opposite, as I've only used the slow cook function! I must try the pressure cooker. Although I haven't used it yet, I like the idea of the sear function too for pre-slow cooking.
