Last year I asked here for help with a missing part of a zucchini recipe. From memory it was from Cuisine. One of the Foodlovers members posted this recipe but now, that I've a glut of zucchinis and would like to make it again, I can't find it. I've searched the net for this recipe, but to no avail. The recipe had layers of thinly sliced zucchinis, dollops of ricotta and some parmesan. Does anyone here know this recipe perhaps? It's simple and I will recreate it but I can't remember if it had butter or olive oil in it and how much. It definitely needs more flavour but we really enjoyed it. Can anyone help perhaps?
