I was googling pul biber to see if I could find a stockist in NZ and your post from 2015 about flavours that defined your year was one of the responses. Do you still use it, and if so, where can I find a stockist, please? We only have Countdown & New World here so I suppose I will have to buy it online. I thought Countdown may have had it in their International section, but a search of their website drew a blank, even using two or three of it's alternative names from different languages.

I ran out of pul biber ages ago and now I use Korean medium hot chilli flakes instead. The Korean chilli is perhaps a little less smoky tasting but barely distinguishable. I think you can buy pul biber on line from Herbie’s in Sydney, and also do a search for Aleppo Pepper, which is the same thing.
