I want to buy some Pectin, not Jam setting mix but powdered pectin does anyone know where I can source some, Ball used to make it but I can’t find any, and leads please!

Don't forget, if you're making jam, lemon juice is also a very good setting agent. I'm not sure if it contains pectin, but it does set jams beautifully.
