Garlic

We bought some garlic cloves and sloshed them up in the kitchen whiz put them in a sealed container in the 'frig. They have gone green - is this normal - are they OK to use - they smell all right ?

No that isnt at all normal if youve already wizzed them. I would dump them if was you. Botulism is a very real threat with stored foods of botanical origin.

I agree with Virgil. Greeness is not at all safe and botulism a life threatening illness.
