Found, copied and pasted

I have lost the track of whose recipe it is so hope I am not breaching copyright but for those that are waiting on the recipe - here it is.

Baileys, Cream cheese & Chocolate Muffins~

90g cream cheese,
1 1/2 Tbspns Baileys,
1 egg,
3/4 cup milk,
1/3 cup water,
50g butter, melted,
100g chocolate (grated),
1 1/2 cups flour,
2 tsps baking powder,
1/2 tsp salt,
3 Tbspns cocoa,
1/2 cup sugar

METHOD:Beat cream cheese till smooth, add Baileys & beat again. In separate bowl, whisk egg, milk, water & butter, then add chocolate. Sift dry ingredients into egg mixture and stir till just combined. One-third fill well-greased muffin pans with muffin mix, make a hollow in centre, and fill with a tsp cream cheese mixture. Top up to three-quarters full with remaining mixture. Bake at 190C for 20 minutes.
