For many years now I have been buying Kleenex Tissues Thick & Large and for the last few month I had the impression that they got thinner and therefore don’t do the job as they used to. There are still three layers but the tissues get soggy really fast. The feel is quite different to me. Perhaps I am mistaken but I wonder if anyone else is using these particular tissues and has noticed a difference.

Chris, this is probably not much help regarding the tissues you mentioned. I use all different types of tissues, although my preference is for Sorbent. The first thing that jumped into my mind though is that almost everything seems to be thinner, lesser and smaller than they were before. The only thing that seems larger is the cost.
It's my wallet that is getting smaller.
It does often take us a while to depart from what was our choice before has changed to a different brand.
