Just bought Helens new book and am going to make the Celebration Chocolate cake tommorow for my Daughters 19th Birthday on Saturday. The largest round cake tin I have is a 28cm non stick springform. Do you guys that have made this recipe think it will come out ok in that tin? I really want a round cake or I would use a large square tin that I have or a baking dish. I will have too if you think the round tin will not work☺ My baking tends to be fraught with difficulties bought on by just this sort of non adherance to the recipe!
